ActiveCard Gold Service
Probable part of software ActiveCard Gold which use for access to internet, network and other things over Smart Card. After you install Windows XP SP1 it is possible to setup how much often you want that this Service check for updates. Reasons because you will not like this Service is:
1. You need long time to wait for check,
2. This Service is slowing down your internet connection,
3. You can't get information about update (do you need that update)...
If you don't need this Service you can shut down her in Control Panel and you can download updates from Microsoft Site when you think it is necessary. To use this Service (Manual or Automatic) you need to have startup Cryptographic Service. |
Bluetooth Service
