Available on www.blogger.com, Blogger simplified the process of on-line publication for the new users by conceiving functionalities which return the creation of their own site faster and simpler Web. These new tools thus enable them to publish their thoughts and to be put in relation to the others. They include/understand:
- Publication by e-mail: the users can publish instantaneously on their blogs, of any apparatus with access e-mail, including the cell phones and the PDA.
- The comments make it possible to invite the readers to react to the various subjects of the blog, in order to better divide thought and opinions.
- The profiles make it possible to the users of Blogger to transmit information with regard to them, so that the readers know some more about the individuals hidden behind the blogs and discover others of them sharing the same interests.

Formats GIF, JPEG, BMP and PNG are indicated as being dealt with by Blogger, within limit of 8 MB by file. Before launching the sending of its file, it is necessary to select the position and the alignment which the image in the body of the ticket will have to adopt, like determining the size of posting. Three choices are proposed, but it is possible to manually adjust the size of the image within the interface of edition, once the image uploaded.
