When you want to publish your files on FTP server you need to upload all files. The problem is that you don't see all files in Total Commander. There is an also hidden file which you also need to upload. To view those files you need to do next:

1. Run Total Commander,
2. Now click on Net,
3. Click on "FTP Show hidden files",
4. Now you will see more other files which you also need to publish.
5. To publish/upload files on server just mark them with right mouse button so they become red and with left mouse drag those files on other part of window.
