Opera 9.23: corrective measures and updates of safety

A new version of Opera has been just put on line, it is version 9.23 (build 8808). It does not act here that of a version of maintenance in waiting of Opera 9.5 and the improvements made are especially of a corrective nature.
Here corrections carried out:
- Correction of bugs discovered thanks to the tool for analysis jsfunfuzz of Mozilla
- Improvement of the stability of Speed Dial (visualization of miniatures to the opening of a new tabs)
- Correction of a fault criticizes JavaScript which can allow the arbitrary execution of code
- Resolution of problems of scrolling with certain Microsoft mouse under Windows Vista
