You should not imagine the number of unnecessary files that generates most of your software, starting with Windows. To accelerate the display of websites on which you do return perhaps never your browser archive files a multitude of "cache". Many applications need to operate on temporary files, but contrary to what their name suggests, these documents are kept in good condition. Finally, uninstall procedures are far from perfect and often leave traces.
For the most part, these documents will weigh only a few bytes, but their accumulation eventually capture a significant space on hard drives, whose capacity is by definition, always too limited.
4DiskClean has a unique vocation to eliminate these parasites files. Its interface is somewhat strange, but its simplicity of use and efficiency are impeccable. During our test, 4DiskClean has freed 285 MB of disk space on a 25 GB, enough to store at least a dozen albums in MP3, or thousand of images!
Intelligent, this utility makes the difference between the files really necessary and those whose removal will have no impact. It removes the first place the cache and the history of browsers, as well as temporary files installation and uninstallation. Then he tackles sources overweight less obvious, such as voluminous historical files, in other words, the "log" that generate some software, for example WinZip.
Of course, 4Disk Clean leaves the user about the elements to eradicate. It may indeed launch the overall handling of a click on the button "clean all", or launch operations that his choice via dedicated buttons.
Clean 4Disk we felt very safe in its sorting, by the way, you have a way back, even if it were to go wrong. The publisher has included a judicious security option: check the box "make zip" and before deleting junk, 4Disk Clean systematically keep a backup in the form of a zip archive. So if you find the slightest fault, you just have to decompress the archive you will find row in the directory of origin of elements erased.
4DiskClean is not the only utility to offer this type of service (it’s not free) but we must admit that its simplicity makes it very pleasant to use. In addition, it includes some interesting options annexes, for example, the graphic representation of files for the space they occupy.
