The electronic messaging software is very often personal software, which one does not wish to give access to his entourage that is close relations of the family or her colleagues of work.
Indeed, the Net surfer wishes to protect his personal messages and the messages which it receives with the inquisitive eyes.
To protect your e-mail from your friends or family, only one solution is offered to you, namely the restriction of your electronic messaging software via a password.
If Outlook Express does not integrate this restriction, the paying and complete version of this software, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, software suggested in the pack Microsoft Office allows this restriction.
First what you have to do is to run MS Outlook and in right side of window in panel Mail folders find folder you want to protect.
Using the right click of the mouse, select the Proprieties order of the contextual menu. A new window appears.
In the General tab click on Advanced Options button. Another window entitled “Personal Files” appears then with the screen, click on the Modify Password button.
You must seize your password as well as the old one. As by defect there is no password, leave this field of empty seizure.
