Export the list of the blocked senders

You don't want to receive messages of an undesirable correspondent any more, Outlook enables you to put it on a list of blocked senders. However if you envisage to format your computer, to reinstall Outlook or to supplement the list of a friend, you can export the list which you already realized not to have to remake it since the beginning.

  1. In Outlook, click on Tools then on Options.
  2. In the tab Preferences, click on the Junk E-mail button.
  3. In the window which appears, open Blocked Senders tab.
  4. Click then on the Export to File button.
  5. Choose a site then a name with the textual file which will contain the addresses that you block then click on the Save button.

The day when you will need to import this list, turn over in the Junk E-mail tab by clicking on Tools -> Options, after you open Junk E-mail tab go to Blocked Senders tab and choose button Import from file

Select the textual file containing the blocked senders then click on the Open button. Validate finally twice by OK.
