One of the most important data that you have in your address book is contacts. Let’s not talk about it that you need to re-enter all the information you've lost. In this article we'll show you a simple way to create a backup copy of data and to re-insert the backup copies if you lost them.
Mac OS X possesses large number of tools which can help you to create spare copies. However, if you'll hand to create backup copies, I suggest you to save the address book in a special file. This file will be small and easily transferable.
You can now create a backup copy. Then send it via e-mail on your Gmail account where you can keep him safe.
