Microsoft SilverLight 4 Beta Client for FaceBook

In this case, it is 4 with Silverlight beta is not yet public. Developers, or more curious, however, may be obtainable via this page.
It will allow the Silverlight client 4 beta access to its Facebook data (wall, messages, notifications …). The result then obtained is quite aesthetic. Tim Heuer, who works on Silverlight on behalf of Microsoft, has released some screenshots, and stressed that it is particularly possible to take pictures from a webcam.

About Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Design

The menu bar seems to promise to be replaced by two buttons and tools to the right of the address bar. Mozilla calls for comments and stressed the importance of a tab bar at the top of the browser and the lack of a title bar with a gain of vertical space, the removal of visual complexity. Negative points with users who might be a little disturbed by these changes, the titles of web pages which do not fit completely, but truncated in the tabs.

New Google Maps Feature: geolocation!

The service provides online mapping with a single click on a button to know its position with more or less precision, as we would do its smartphone with Google Maps for mobile. Now that Release Candidate 1 of Firefox 3.5 is available, the final version is far off, even if it requires the arrival of a RC2 and perhaps even a RC3. For this version of the browser Mozilla change a large number of items under the hood. Namoroka, the future version, should be more resistant to crashes due to plug-ins and be available in 64-bit for Mac OS X.
