Oct 03, 2007 07:11 AM

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The filigree consists in posting a warning in the form of a text or an image in background of a document. That can be used to state for example that the document is confidential. The Filigree function of Word enables you to add filigree easily. However, this one is posted on all the pages. The manual method enables you to post precisely or an image makes in filigree some behind a single paragraph for example.

  1. Open your Word document then insert the image of your choice which you wish to use for the filigree.
  2. Double click then on this image. In limps of dialogue which appears, open the Text Wrapping tab.
  3. Select the option behind the text
  4. Open then the Image tab.
  5. Unroll the Align list then select the Filigree option.
  6. Click on Ok button. Your image passes in background of the paragraph and sees its colors attenuated like a filigree
