Internet Explorer is not opening two windows in same time

If sometime when you are opening html pages in Internet Explorer and one IE window is already open, other window will not open and you are receiving message "Cannot send command to the program" or something like that and you are using Zone Alarm Free, Standard or Pro version, you need to allow that another IE window be registered.

This is usually happening when Zone Alarm is turn off when in background is start up vsmon.exe, program which fallow communications and he is part of Zone Alarm and he is startup with him. This program is visible only in Task Manager. To fix this fallow next steps:

1. Start Zone Alarm,
2. Open any page in Internet Explorer. It is best that you open file which is on you hard disk.
3. Open another page in Internet Explorer,
4. Zone Alarm popup window will show up with question do you want to pass through this program. You should accept him.

Note: This problem is not happening when you are opening pages from internet, only when you opening them from hard disk.
