Complete reinstallation of nVidia ForceWare (detonator) drivers

  1. Run your computer in SAFE MODE. To run your computer in SAFE MODE you need to pressing F8 on keyboard when you turn on your computer,
  2. After that you will se list of options, choose SAFE MODE,
  3. Go to Control Panel and run Add or Remove Programs,
  4. Uninstall NVIDIA Display Driver. If uninstallation asks you to restart you computer choose NO (you will restart your computer after all is done),
  5. Now click on Start and choose Run...,
  6. In new open window type regedit and press Enter (OK),
  7. Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ NVIDIA Corporation
  8. If you see item NVIDIA Corporation delete her. If she don't exist close regedit,
  9. Now you can restart your computer and don't press any button on keyboard,
  10. When Windows ask you to install driver for new found device click Cancel,
  11. Now you can install driver for graphic card, just run installation.

With this step you delete all setups for you graphic card and you can install a new fresh copy of drivers. If you want you can check additional setup for you nVidia ForceWare drivers
