Locking of the numeric keypad

To activate the locking of the numeric keypad to the starting of NT4 or Windows 2000 (useful if your word of step of opening of session contains numerical figures!), it is enough to add few change the register base of Windows.

For that, click on “Start”, “Run…” then type “regedit” and click on “OK”

For the session of the user in progress appointment then on the following key

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard

for the whole of the users go then on the following key:

• HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard

Modify then the entry of the chain “InitialKeyboardIndicators”

• the value “0” leaves the unbolted keyboard,
• the value “2” locks i
