May 12 , 2006 3:49 PM

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may be looking at the keyboard while typing and accidentally press the Caps, Scroll or Num lock keys and not realize it. There is a way to have Windows automatically play a warning beep when either of these keys are pressed. To do this:

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Double-click the Accessibility Options icon.
  5. Place a check in the "Use ToggleKeys" checkbox.
  6. Click OK to save your settings.
